Daniel is a partner in Financial Advisory on the Debt & Capital Advisory team and has over 13 years' experience in corporate finance. Since joining Deloitte in 2014, Daniel has acted as company side advisor to many of the top property development and investment groups in Ireland and has raised in excess of €3bn for clients over the last four years. Daniel is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in Ireland (FCCA) and of the Institute of Bankers in Ireland. Prior to joining Deloitte, Daniel worked for Kavanagh Fennell for four years in their Advisory Department specialising in debt restructuring, debt negotiation and financial monitoring. Daniel has extensive experience in structuring, arranging and raising capital (debt & equity) for real estate development and investment.
