Kieran is a partner in Consulting, in the Enterprise Technology and Performance Portfolio, with 18 years’ experience in public sector transformation. His career has focused on leading complex, digitally-enabled business transformation across public services with a specific emphasis on Policing, Security, Justice and Defence sectors in Ireland and the UK.
Kieran holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Information Technology and holds a number of industry qualifications and memberships.
