Noel is a Director in our Risk Advisory practice specialising in Cyber Security Risk. Noel has worked in the area of Cyber Security for over 20 years and has delivered cyber programmes across multiple industries. During his career, Noel has collaborated with external bodies including ENISA as a member of Smart infrastructures Security Expert Committee, the IIA and NSAI to produce a SWiFT 10 standard guide for cloud adoption. He was a founding member of IRISS CERT (Irelands first national computer emergency response team) and a former treasurer and chairperson of the Irish Information Security Forum.
