Sal Algeri, Glen Kanevsky and Vaughan Strawbridge were appointed as Voluntary Administrators on 7 April 2019 to the following companies:

  • Axsesstoday Limited, ACN 603 323 182
  • ACN 603 303 126 Pty Ltd,ACN 603 303 126
  • Axsesstoday Operations Pty Ltd, ACN 604 340 785
  • Axsesstoday Retail Pty Ltd, ACN 161 130 696(the AXL Group)

They were subsequently appointed as Deed Administrators on 3 September 2019. The Deeds of Company Arrangement have since been finalised and the entities are operating under new owners and directors.

The AXL Entities Creditors’ Trust was created on 19 September 2019 for the purpose of administering a distribution to eligible creditors who were owed money by the AXL Group prior to 7 April 2019. Sal Algeri and Glen Kanevsky are the Trustees of the Trust.
