New Brussels headquarters for Partena Professional
Maximising real estate impact
Partena Professional is combining history with modernity, having moved its head offices in Brussels to the newly renovated Aria building with the support of Deloitte.
For many decades, Partena Professional was the owner-occupier of three office buildings in rue des Chartreux. Changing business needs and aspirations, and the further introduction of hybrid working, resulted in this location no longer being aligned with Partena’s sustainability and mobility ambitions, or supporting its new way of working.
The challenge
Partena set out to find a sustainable Grade A office building in Brussels, aiming to create a workspace that met its high standards while fostering a stimulating and collaborative environment for its employees.
We first assisted Partena in translating its strategic ambitions into concrete real estate requirements in terms of sustainability, accessibility, and surface. Then we screened the Brussels office market, later refining our evaluation to determine the most suitable building. The next step was to support Partena in choosing and negotiating the best conditions for its new HQ, the historical Aria building located at rue Ravenstein 36. This newly renovated office building, a development by Generali and Athora, is BREEAM certified, located right next to the Central train station, and offers optimal working conditions for Partena’s various activities.
In January of 2023, Partena moved into the historic Aria building, occupying 4,887 m² of bright, modern and flexible offices, thereby entering a new era for the organisation.
We also assisted Partena in the sale of its old site to a residential developer.
