Liesbeth De Bruyne

Liesbeth is a Legal Director at Deloitte Private and focuses on corporate guidance of family-owned companies and SME’s. She has extensive experience in advising, leading and delivering projects mainly related to corporate law. Leading a team of legal consultants, she and her team assist clients through all legal stages of a company’s life cycle, advising among others on corporate restructurings, shareholders arrangements, corporate governance and general corporate law issues. In addition, Liesbeth also has a strong focus on the scale-up community and the legal aspects re - fundraising.
