Renat has over 20 years of experience and assists multinational groups in developing and implementing sustainable tax and treasury strategies, with a focus on value chain alignment and strategic tax review projects. Renat has advised US and EMEA clients on various international tax issues associated with supply chain restructuring, transfer pricing, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border financing transactions.
Renat is a member of the Tax and Legal Climate and Sustainability center of excellence in Belgium and has been working alongside other members of that Group to help clients approach various challenges and opportunities related to value chain alignment, intellectual property, transfer pricing, and supply chain.
