Stijn Dingenen is the head of the M&A Tax practice of Deloitte Belgium.
He has over twenty-five years of experience in advising private equity and corporate clients on managing tax risks and creating (tax) value within the framework of M&A transactions. His experience extends throughout the transaction lifecycle, including acquisitions, post merger integration projects, add-on acquisitions, (re)financing and debt restructuring transactions, and exits.
