As an HR Outsourcing consultant, you will assist companies that need help with HR-related matters on a temporary basis.

You will add value to organisations in different industries by digitalising their human resources processes, with the help of a cloud-based software. As a team, we strive to get the most out of the software while adhering to the best practices in the market, always keeping the specific client context in mind as we believe it’s important to embed the tool in the company culture and vice-versa. - HR Technology
You will work on short to medium term SAP Success Factors HR transformation projects. Together with our clients, you’ll set up workshops, process the requirements, and configure the system to their needs, support them with the testing of the tool, facilitate the rollout in the organisation (e.g., prepare training materials), and provide support after the go-live, following up on the adoption and improving the set-up.

We help individuals with their overall compensation/move/international career, providing both advice and practical guidance to them and/or their companies. We also help organisations to think about and develop their rewards strategy, and implement and enhance technology solutions in the organisations.
Join our team as a Client Advisory consultant to work in a dynamic international company helping our global and local clients manage rewards and hard HR matters, while being coached and expanding your knowledge of tax.
You’ll be part of a team that is passionate about the mobility, payroll and reward services we provide and the sustainable local and global solutions we develop. The projects you work on will include mobility advisory, technology and analytics, global mobility compensation and tax, immigration and social security, and reward advisory.
How will you grow?
- You will be dedicated to one specific team, but you will have the opportunity to gain experience from other teams, always working alongside one another.
- In the first years of your career while becoming proficient in the tools and systems, you’ll expand your tax knowledge about compliance regulations and obligations.

We work with organisations to optimise their internal talent acquisition flow, offer talent acquisition expertise, and provide temporary operational support.
Starting with a vacancy intake meeting, you’ll source and screen on behalf of the clients, and embed diversity and inclusion in their recruitment journey. You’ll write or rewrite their job descriptions and perform competency-based interviews, guaranteeing a professional and positive candidate experience. You’ll also offer services such as coaching, training, and Talent Acquisition scans.
How will you grow?
- Through an advanced training, you will be guided and introduced to the different aspects of recruitment.
- You will be taught to become the trusted advisor for your client and become their single point of contact.

Create powerful learning experiences
As Workforce Transformation consultant, you’ll support our clients with the analysis, design and/or development of learning programmes to empower their employees and the organisation. You’ll also develop the accompanying marketing and communications, enabling clients to implement a learning culture. The efforts of our team are aligned with the business strategy of the client organisation, leading to improved performance and concrete business outcomes that we can measure through learning analytics.
Our team of has three subteams:
- Learning Studio
The Learning Studio is a team of creative, innovative thinkers. We design and develop learning programmes in the flow of life, utilising creative storytelling, e-learning authoring tools or videos, motion design, or workshops. - Workforce Strategy
We design and implement competency frameworks, define workforce strategies for future talent with the help of the reskilling and upskilling analysis, and explore how we can implement a learning operating model. - Learning Technology
We implement learning management systems from a functional and development point of view. Our Learning Technology Advisory team, which is a mix of developers and advisors, also looks at which learning platform would fit the client organisation best.
