Dominique Vanherck

Dominique Vanherck is a senior associate in Deloitte Legal’s Public, Regulatory & Permits team and leads Deloitte Legal’s climate & energy practice. She is strongly committed to help clients on their sustainability journey. Dominique advises inter alia on the development of infrastructure projects, permits, concessions and renewable energy support mechanisms. In addition, she has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating various types of contracts (concession agreements, construction contracts, maintenance contracts, power purchase agreements).
