Dominique is specialised in employment tax, social security, compensation, payroll and reward. She has extensive experience in managing large expatriate tax engagements and in this field she and her teams provide expert advice to multinationals as to their (tax) obligations linked to their reward strategy, remuneration policy and linked talent agenda for Belgium (and more broadly for EMEA).
She is focusing on the various dimensions of remote work, from tax, social security and compliance to reward, ESG and technology aspects.
