With over 10 years of professional experience and a strong background in risk management, project management and governance, Kim co-leads the Crisis & Resilience team of Deloitte Belgium that supports organisations to prepare for, respond to and recover from disruptive events and crises.
Under the guise of “it could happen to you”, Kim helps organisations to increase their organisational readiness to deal with major disruptions to their critical business processes, and this across different industries. Kim’s experience and expertise encompasses a number of resilience and continuity related disciplines including: risk assessments, business impact assessments, business continuity plans, simulation exercises, business continuity management systems and crisis management.
