As a key driver in our Global & EMEA practice he has built a profound experience in all areas of life sciences Manufacturing and Technical Operations transformations through projects on the production floor in facilities across the globe, ranging from lean operations, core tech deployments, E2E smart factory assessments & implementations as well as at headquarter level network strategies. He has partnered with clients across the industry in pharmaceuticals, biopharma, Next Gen Therapies (GeneT, etc) and medtech.
