Liesbet has more than 25 years of experience in Indirect tax consultancy, mostly in VAT in the broad sense. Projects relate to assessing and implementing the indirect tax related aspects (process, technology, data and talent) to ao business restructurings, ERP implementations, global compliance engagements.
Over the past years, Liesbet had a primary focus on preparing multinationals for the future of Indirect Tax, hereby taking into account the behaviour of authorities, but also opportunities that new technologies bring.
She has worked closely with a variety of clients across sectors, but with a prime focus on the Life Science and Healthcare sector whereby Liesbet combines Industry specific regulatory insights with the tax impact and leads the Global Indirect Tax efforts.
She also focuses on S4Hana and the related opportunities from a tax point of view.
