Mathias Van Damme is a Partner within the operations team of Deloitte, where he leads a team of professionals who support both Life Science and FMCG companies in the domains of Supply chain, finance and procurement. In that role, he is the responsible to hire the correct people for the team and managing them (in teams) at the different clients.
With 16 years of experience in different supply chain projects, he has a proven track record in different domains of supply chain and as a project manager. As a project manager, he both worked on supply chain IT projects and mergers between companies.
