Having +15 years of experience, Nicolas is specialized in the Financial Services Industry with strong focus on the Insurance sector. He has been advising many of the major insurance companies in Belgium and abroad on their business and IT strategies as well as on the definition of their operating model.
His main expertise includes the impact of digitization on business models (e.g. digital transformation, customer journey re-imagination, sales force effectiveness, etc.), post-merger integration and the modernization of core insurance system
