Nathalie Verthongen

Nathalie is a Senior Manager in Deloitte Belgium’s Global Business Tax team. She assists multinationals with Value Chain Alignment projects that focus on the alignment of operating models with business requirements through operationally focused Value Chain (Supply Chain & IP) planning.

From 2017 to 2021 – Nathalie has been on a rotation to Deloitte US' Value Chain Alignment (VCA) National Practice. As of 2021, she has returned to Deloitte Belgium and continues to work on Value Chain Alignment projects (both with the US team as well as the European Member firms).

Her experience associated with VCA planning includes addressing business and tax issues as well as integrating planning with other areas of the client’s business, such as Operations, IT systems, and HR. She has assisted on among others the development and implementation of several IP planning projects, as well as Digital Principal models.
