Rik has over 25 years of experience in financial audit with large international as well as Belgian companies. He has extensive experience with stock listed companies and hence has extensive exposure with board of directors and audit committees. Rik is a Certified Auditor and has the additional required qualifications for the audit of insurance companies, pension funds and investment funds. In addition, Rik is leading the Belgian audit practice and is sponsoring partner of the Deloitte Chair on Governance at the KU Leuven.
