Stijn is director and has an in-depth experience of the public sector domain. Throughout the years, he has developed a good knowledge in all government levels (European Commission, Federal Government, Flemish Government, Brussels Capital Region, provinces and municipalities).

Stijn has built a strong expertise in strategy, operational excellence, performance measurement, organizational development,  administrative simplification (measuring administrative burden, implementing complex reduction projects) and government transformation. As project manager, Stijn has successfully managed several complex projects within the Belgian public sector.  Stijn is in Belgium account director for Flemish & Federal Government (Civil Government).
