Global Consumer & Industrial Products (C&IP) helps clients with business interests from raw materials and manufacturing to retail and consumer services navigate today’s industry disruptions and marketplace challenges.
The Consumer & Industrial Product Industry group (C&IP) was created in 2015 through the merger of the Consumer Business Industry group and the Manufacturing Industry group. This was a strategic business decision to better serve our clients and to more accurately mirror the scope of their business interests. The C&IP structure enables Deloitte to provide exceptional service to our clients across the entire value chain, from raw materials to the end consumers.
The business sectors served by C&IP include:

- Chemicals & Specialty Materials, which includes the business segments Metals and Forest, Paper & Packaging
- Consumer Products
- Industrial Products & Services, which includes the business segment Aerospace & Defense
- Retail, Wholesale & Distribution
- Travel, Hospitality & Services
In addition, C&IP collaborates with other global industry groups in key business areas such as Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Energy & Resources, Financial Services, Life Sciences & Healthcare, and Public Sector.
By integrating and expanding capabilities around the world, the C&IP Industry team is positioned to serve the evolving needs of Deloitte's clients as they seek to get closer to their own customers and negotiate the industry disruptions that come from new technologies and business model innovations.
