Deloitte China assists listing of YSB on Stock Exchange of Hong Kong

We are delighted to share that Deloitte China supported the listing of YSB Inc.  (YSB, stock ticker: 09885.HK) on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on 28 June 2023.

YSB offered 15.81 million shares at HKD20 per share, raising HKD316 million in total. This is a Hong Kong IPO from China’s digital pharmaceutical platform serving businesses outside China's hospitals.

About the client

YSB is a digital pharmaceutical platform serving businesses outside hospitals in China. As an enabler of the digitalization of the outside-of-hospital pharmaceutical and medical services market, it has developed technology-backed solutions to connect and empower the upstream, including pharmaceutical companies, distributors, and vendors, and the downstream, including pharmacies and primary healthcare institutions. As of 31 December 2022, YSB has a digital pharmaceutical transactions and service network, encompassing, among others, around 354,000 downstream pharmacies and about 173,000 primary healthcare institutions.
