Building a strong talent pipeline for the global economic recovery

This document is part of the Bersin Research Library. In 2014, we expect that leadership will be a big challenge, and the problem we face is not a shortage of people - it is a shortage of key skills. Facing these challenges in 2014, we have to evolve our concept of "integrated talent management.” We need to think of all of the elements of talent management as one integrated “system” - each working together, but fitting into a total employee environment.
