Deloitte Consulting and Orient International Holding Convened Meeting for Strategic Cooperation and Master Data Management Implementation Project Launching

On May 25th, 2018, Deloitte Consulting-A&IM (Analytics& Information Management) team successfully signed the memorandum of strategic cooperation with Orient International (Holding) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Orient International Holding) and convened the project launching meeting. Executives including Deloitte China Eastern Region Managing Partner Dora Liu, Function Partner of Analytics & Information Management Service in Deloitte Consulting Zhang Qing Jie, Director of Human Resources Services at Deloitte China Bu Rongrong, President of Orient International Holding Zhu Yong, Vice President of Orient International Holding Ji Shengjun and Feng Yapei, CFO Wang Guoming and project team members from both sides attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Deloitte Consulting Co., Ltd. signed the memorandum of strategic cooperation with Orient International Holding, planning to establish long-term communication and cooperation in the following areas: data area including master data, data analysis, big data; financial area including budget and M&A; human resources area; areas of digitalization, informatization and innovation. Through this project, Deloitte will assist Orient International Holding to create a benchmark for MDM in China's apparel international trade industry.

Deloitte China Eastern Region Managing Partner Dora Liu, on behalf of Deloitte, expressed gratitude to Orient International Holding and put forward the following commitments and expectations for the project: leaders from Deloitte will assign resources and mechanism of highest level as guarantee for the project; looking forward to more attention and support to the project especially on data cleansing, from the management of Orient International Holding; looking forward to increasingly comprehensive cooperation with Orient International Holding.

Vice President of Orient International Holding Feng Ya Pei emphasized the importance of understanding MDM, determining the most reasonable and optimal plan as well as the coordination and communication of different subjects. The President of Orient International Holding Zhu Yong, clarified the significance of MDM project implementation under the context of corporate reorganization and internationalization.

We believe this project will further enhance the strategic cooperation between Deloitte and Orient International Holding which has been formed through the MDM consulting project, and should have great strategic significance for Deloitte on the development of management consulting. Furthermore, the project will enrich the experiences of Deloitte in implementation of MDM system, build our unique brand advantage through creating a benchmark for MDM in China's apparel international trade industry and further lay a solid foundation for comprehensive promotion of MDM consulting and implementation services.
