Although economic recovery is taking hold in many regions, global organizations are cautiously optimistic about the boost and remain fraught with risk. However, 56% Chinese respondents are looking for significant growth in 2015. In spite of positive expectation in 2015 Chinese economic, business executives and HR managers have no time to sit back and bite their nails. Our report for Chinese companies reveals there exist wider gaps in Culture & Engagement, Leadership, Learning&Development and HR&People Analytics than Global respondents. Even worse, most Chinese business executives and HR managers haven’t realized the importance of these new challenges, and don’t take any steps to address them
