Christos Hadjimichael is a manager in the Financial Advisory Services (FAS) of Deloitte in Cyprus specialising in real estate and construction matters. He holds a BSc in Real Estate Management, an MEng in Civil Engineering and an MSc in Management of Projects. Christos is a professional member of the Scientific Technical Chamber of Cyprus-ETEK (in both Civil Engineering and Property Valuation) and MRICS. Christos has vast experience in property valuations, development appraisals, real estate research and analysis, feasibility studies, real estate due diligence, acquisition and disposal advice, project and construction management, etc.
