Kyriakis Pattihis

Kyriakis is a Manager in the Tax and Legal department specialising in the field of Indirect Tax for the past 7 years with previous experience also in Corporate Finance for 3 years. He provides VAT compliance services to a range of local and international clients operating in numerous industries including, financial services, retail, tour operators, construction and cross border trade of goods. Kyriakis also provides VAT consulting services with respect to mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and analysing VAT implications of complex transactions. He has a thorough knowledge of the Cyprus VAT Law, the EU VAT Directive, EU VAT case law as well as all relevant developments in the field of indirect taxation.

Kyriakis holds a B.Sc. degree in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPAC). Kyriakis also holds the Advance Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) by the Charted Institute of Taxation of the U.K. and he is a certified vocational training instructor by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA).
