Maria Yianni

Maria is a Director at Deloitte’s Restructuring Services, a division of the Financial Advisory Services department. She has experience in Transaction services, having completed engagements in various phases of  transactions, for local and international clients. She has been involved in Portfolio Lead Advisory Services, Due Diligence work, Project Management, Post-Merger Integrations and Separations and more.

Maria is also experienced in technology consulting, being able to communicate effectively with both business and technology teams. She has supported clients in identifying the ideal solution for their needs, gathering business requirements, managing UAT, reporting to stakeholders and delivering systems’ Go Live.

Further, Maria has experience in insolvency work, such as receiverships, liquidations, consensual deals, independent business reviews, borrower reviews, borrower monitoring and options analysis.

Maria is a mentor at Deloitte’s D-180 programme, as well as ARIS, a start-up incubator founded by the Bank of Cyprus and Deloitte.
