Natalie Kyprianou

Natalie Kyprianou is a Director of the firm.
Natalie is a graduate of the University of Leicester where she attained an LL.B. (Hons) degree. She also holds an LLM in International Commercial Law from King's College, London. She joined Hadjianastassiou, Ioannides LLC as a pupil advocate in 2009. Upon her registration as an advocate she stayed on with the firm as an associate and was thereafter promoted to the position of senior associate.
Natalie’s areas of practice include corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and commercial law. She frequently acts in reorganisation, joint venture and due diligence projects.
She is also involved in the preparation and review of corporate agreements and other legal documentation, including subscription, share purchase, shareholders’ agreements and specialised articles of association and, provides legal opinions on a wide range of corporate matters.
Natalie is also the firm’s AML compliance officer.
