Sofia Panayi

Sofia graduated in 2013 from the University of Southampton in England, with an LL.B. (Hons) degree. In 2014 she completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Law in Bristol and in 2015 she was called to the Cyprus Bar.

Before joining Hadjianastassiou, Ioannides LLC, Sofia worked at another Cypriot law firm in Limassol. During her career Sofia has been engaged in many transactions, involving, inter alia, the sale and purchase of shares in Cypriot companies, the preparation, review and amendment of various shareholders and share purchase agreements and of the articles of association to reflect the terms of various corporate agreements, financing transactions involving the provision of securities by Cypriot companies and providing legal opinions in relation to various financing or other transactions and other various legal matters.

She is currently a Managing Associate at Hadjianastassiou, Ioannides LLC and her areas of practice include corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and commercial law.
