Pursuant to Section 14 of Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, we would like to inform you that the institution in charge of out-of-court settlements of consumer disputes with the companies Deloitte CZ Services s.r.o., Deloitte Advisory s.r.o., Deloitte Audit s.r.o., Deloitte BPS a.s., Deloitte Security s.r.o. and Deloitte Assurance s.r.o. is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz). The Czech Bar Association (www.cak.cz) is the institution in charge of out-of-court settlements of consumer disputes with the company Deloitte Legal s.r.o., advokátní kancelář.
