For medium-sized and larger companies with long-term stable financial performance, financing diversification outside the banking sector is offered through the issue of bonds for institutional or retail investors. For many companies, it also serves as an intermediate step before a potential initial public offering (IPO). We have experience with the preparation of primary bond issues in the Czech and European capital markets, including the current EU Taxonomy (ESG Rating or Green Bonds).
