Edita joined Deloitte Legal in July 2015. She is currently a Senior Associate at Deloitte Legal and focuses mainly on intellectual property rights, personal data protection, IT law, M&A, restructuring and corporate law. Prior to joining Deloitte Legal Edita had worked for more than 3 years for one of the major international law firms with a strong focus on intellectual property law.

Edita has gained experience mainly through her participation in projects focused on both international and national transfers and licencing of intellectual property rights, personal data protection compliance, M&A, restructuring, due diligence in the above legal fields and corporate and media law matters. Her expertise covers both contentious and non-contentious aspects of various intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademarks, domain names as well as enforcement of intellectual property rights or related litigation and arbitration.
