Edita Bolková

Edita has been with Deloitte Legal since July 2015. Her practice focuses on intellectual property law, personal data protection, information technology law and related contentious and non-contentious matters. Prior to joining Ambruz & Dark Deloitte Legal, Edita worked at a leading international law firm with a focus on intellectual property law for more than 3 years.

Edita gained her experience mainly by working on projects focused on international and domestic IP transfers and licensing, data protection compliance, mergers, acquisitions and restructurings – including due diligence in the aforementioned legal sectors – as well as on corporate and media law projects. Her expertise includes both contentious and non-contentious aspects of intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademarks, domain names, as well as IP enforcement and experience in IP litigation and arbitration. Edita is a member of the IP Law Section of the Czech Bar Association.
