Jakub Kulda

Jakub is an Assistant Director in the Financial Advisory practice of Deloitte Czech Republic. He has more than 11 years of experience in M&A transaction services.

His key experience includes financial due diligence work and SPA advisory, most of which has been performed for foreign investors and Private Equity funds on target companies in the Czech Republic.

Jakub’s assignments have covered a wide range of industries including manufacturing, energy and utilities, retail and real estate.

Jakub is a co-author of M&A focused Private Equity Confidence Surveys in CE and annual CVCA study.

Jakub is a member of Association of Charted Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a graduate of the University of Economics in Prague.
