Karel Veselý

Karel is a Partner in Deloitte’s Consulting department, responsible for the insurance industry in the Czech Republic. Along with his team, Karel renders advisory services to insurance companies concerning IFRS 17, IDD, Solvency II, actuarial science, risk management in the insurance industry, products and distribution. He has over 20 years of experience in top management positions in the insurance industry as well as in providing advisory services to insurance companies. Prior to joining Deloitte, Karel worked in the insurance industry, among other positions as a CEO, sales director and head actuary.
