Lucia leads the Governance, Risk and Compliance and Data Privacy practice within Deloitte Consulting. She has almost 10 years of professional experience with management and technology consulting focusing mainly on governance, risk and compliance implementations (PM), combined with methodology support and assurance for risk framework setup, as well as helping clients with vendor selection. Her endeavour is to implement GRC in line with the overall business process flow of clients’ particular entity.
