Martina Jeklová

Martina is an attorney-at-law and a manager in the Commercial team in the Prague office of Deloitte Legal. She focuses on commercial law and legal advisory for private clients and family businesses.

Within the framework of commercial and corporate law, Martina provides comprehensive services ranging from the establishment of companies and branches of foreign companies, advisory on entering the Czech market, services related to the daily business administration and corporate changes, to the liquidation of companies. Martina also has extensive experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contractual documentation and in the field of management liability and remuneration.

For private clients and family-owned businesses, Martina provides services relating to asset protection and management, succession issues and inheritance law advisory.
