Milan Kulhánek

Milan Kulhánek is a Partner in the Consulting function of Deloitte Czech Republic, leading the Strategy & Operations advisory team. He is a supply chain leader and an automotive industry leader of Deloitte Central Europe.

His role involves managing client expectatons, developing strategic partnerships, ensuring optimal project business & IT aspects alignment, identifying project risks, and finding appropriate solutions for them. 

Milan is a manager with a strong combination of leadership, strategic skills, extensive knowledge of the automotive, banking and insurance sectors, and a strong insight in the fields of telecommunications, energy and utilities. He brings in more than fifteen years of experience in the areas of strategy design, change management, and with implementation of comprehensive transformation projects impacting business, processes, and IT.
