Michaela Kaňková

Michaela Kaňková is an Attorney-at-law in the Business Integrity department at Deloitte Legal in Prague, which she joined in 2020. Michaela has experience with providing legal advisory to local and international clients with a focus on Corporate Law, including setting up the suitable internal management of legal entities, the review and formation of internal corporate documents (compliance programmes), as well as the related criminal liability of the legal entities. She also advises clients from various industries on the labour-law aspects of anti-competitive practices and the establishment of non-competition clauses with employees.

During 2022 Michaela participated in ISO 37301 Compliance Management Systems certification as Lead Implementer and in September 2022 successfully passed ISO 37301 Lead Implementer exam.
