Ondřej Chmela

Ondřej Chmela is a Senior Manager and Attorney-at-Law in the Commercial department at Deloitte Legal in Brno. He has 17 years of experience in the provision of legal services, particularly in the area of contract agenda. 

Ondrej has significant experience in negotiating and revising contracts across a wide range of complex projects, including PPP. Ondřej also specialises in public procurement and competitive aspects of client projects.

As part of his practice, he also provided our clients with sets of contract templates, especially for contractual relations with suppliers, and internal directives governing, among other things, procurement procedures and contracting.

Between 2006 and 2011, he worked for more than 5 years as an in-house lawyer, later Head of the Commercial Law team and Deputy Director of the Legal department with a team of about 40 lawyers, so he also has years of experience with the needs of in-house legal teams.
