Petr Graca

Petr Graca is a Senior Managing Associate in the Business Integrity department at Deloitte Legal in Prague. Petr is also responsible for the area of sports law and for coordinating the local Sports Business Group.

Besides corporate compliance and company law, Petr is focused on public regulation at Deloitte Legal, namely on extended producer responsibility. Apart from this, he participates in corporate legal screening and forensic investigations projects. He provides legal services in both English and German. At Deloitte, he is a legal internal specialist for audit engagements and also a member of the German Desk and Deloitte Private.

Petr’s experiences include more than 15 years of providing legal services to local and international clients with a focus on company law, setting up the suitable internal arrangement and management of legal entities, including the drafting of organizational rules, review and formation of internal corporate documents with proposals for their effective improvement.
