Tereza is a Partner in the Tax & Legal department at Deloitte in the Czech Republic. She has been working in the field of tax and transactional consulting for over twelve years. 

She specializes in the tax and accounting aspects of M&A transactions and restructurings, due diligence processes, issues of international taxation, and corporate income tax focusing on the areas of real estate and financial institutions.
