Our respose to COVID-19
The current circumstances brought up a new set of challenges for teams in the way they work and communicate with each other. Being aware of our individual and team working styles, is critical to creating teaming success and remaining resilient. To support teams on this task, we have developed a series of virtual Business Chemistry workshops. Virtual Workshops are delivered via a virtual collaboration tool, allowing teams to explore their working styles, and collaborate on building inclusive teaming strategies that set them up for success.
The Four Types
Deloitte developed the Business Chemistry® to help provide insights about individuals and teams based on observable traits and preferences. Business Chemistry reveals four scientifically based patterns of behavior. The four primary Business Chemistry types are:
