Dutch PE Investor Main Capital Partners acquires b+m Informatik AG
Deloitte Legal acts as legal advisor to purchaser
A Deloitte Legal team led by Düsseldorf-based Head of Dutch Desk and Corporate/M&A Partner Felix Felleisen has acted as legal advisor to Main Capital Partners in the context of their recent acquisition of German mid cap b+m Informatik AG from Allgeier Group.
Main Capital Partners is a Dutch Private Equity Firm with offices in Amsterdam and The Hague. Main Capital Partners currently manages EUR 150 million in assets under management. Main Capital Partners is solely focused on software companies in the Benelux and Germany and actively supports its companies in their further development. It has substantial experience in growth strategies revolving around internationalisation, buy-and-build and a switch to more recurring revenue models (including SaaS-models).
For over 20 years, b+m Informatik AG has been successfully offering business solutions for the financial sector, where the company offers both standard products and professional services for banks, savings banks, insurance companies and other undertakings. The current management team of b+m Informatik AG around long term director Frank Mielke will stay on board and continue to propel the company forward. In this process they will be supported by the experts of Main Capital Partners who possess extensive know-how in the IT industry and the respective market setting from their earlier acquisitions.
