Deloitte Legal strengthens M&A department with transaction expert Dr Christof Bremer

Dr Christof Bremer joins Deloitte Legal's Cologne office as a partner on 1 August, strengthening the firm's growing transaction department. M&A is one of Deloitte Legal's highest-revenue practice areas.

At Deloitte Legal, Christof Bremer will contribute his experience and expertise in particular in the areas of mid-cap M&A and corporate litigation. Prior to joining Deloitte Legal, Christof was a partner in the M&A department of the German office of the UK law firm DWF. Prior to that, he gained experience in the field of interdisciplinary M&A advice as a partner at Marccus Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, the legal advisory arm of Mazars at that time, where he later also served as managing partner for three years.
