Dr. Christof Bremer advises companies and investors in national and cross-border M&A transactions. He has extensive experience and expertise in mid-cap M&A and supports his clients at all stages of a transaction. Christof has a particular focus on advising Chinese companies on investments in Germany and Europe.
In addition, Christof advises on corporate law, in particular on reorganizations and restructurings. He also represents clients in the context of shareholders’ disputes and post M&A discussions, both in and out of court.
Before joining Deloitte, Christof was a partner in international law firms.
