Eike Fietz joined Deloitte Legal as a partner in the Corporate/M&A practice in October 2021. He has more than 20 years of experience advising clients on corporate law, predominantly on complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, both non-distressed as well as distressed, on joint ventures, reorganisations and corporate finance projects. His clients are family-owned businesses, entrepreneurs and listed groups from Germany and overseas. Eike is particularly experienced in working with clients from India and China. On top of leading on the legal workstreams of client projects, his advice is also sought by clients on their strategic decisions.
Eike Fietz studied in Passau and in Melbourne (Australia). Prior to joining Deloitte Legal, Eike Fietz was a partner in the Corporate/M&A practice group at Pinsent Masons and at Luther. He started his career at Andersen in 1999. Eike has worked from time to time in China, Singapore, the United Kingdom and in Australia. He speaks German and English.
