With Eike Fietz, Deloitte Legal gains an experienced specialist for Mergers & Acquisitions in Munich and, with his entry, drives the further development of the automotive practice. Eike Fietz has been working in the field of M&A and corporate law for more than 20 years. He focuses on transaction-related advice to international strategic investors and German mid-sized companies in the automotive, mechanical engineering and IT sectors. Prior to joining Deloitte Legal, he was a corporate and M&A partner at Pinsent Masons for almost nine years, where he most recently coordinated the German industry-team for manufacturing industries and automotive. Furthermore, Eike Fietz worked for one of the world's leading automotive suppliers in the legal department's team specializing in driver assistance systems and autonomous driving.
