Jana Hupfer

Jana specializes in the areas of M&A, corporate law and restructuring. Her core expertise is advising national and international clients in buy- and sell-side M&A transactions, general corporate law, restructurings and finance and banking law. She has extensive experience in advising strategic and finance investors in M&A transactions and restructuring processes. Jana Hupfer studied law at the University of Dresden. She completed her legal training (Referendariat) in the District Court of Dresden with a secondment to Sofia, Bulgaria. In 2008, Jana was admitted as Rechtsanwältin and joined our office in Frankfurt/Main in 2013. Before joining Deloitte Legal, Jana worked several years for other leading German law firms. Jana Hupfer speaks German, English, French and Bulgarian.
