Robert Erhardt has been a lawyer at Deloitte Legal since 2022. He advises national and international companies on all matters of individual and collective employment law.
The focus of his work is on providing ongoing advice on the implementation of employment relationships as well as employment law support for M&A transactions. He represents clients nationwide in labor court disputes and regularly holds webinars on current labor law topics.
Prior to joining Deloitte Legal, Robert Erhardt worked for a German full-service commercial law firm in the area of employment law/M&A. He studied law at the University of Mannheim with an additional qualification in business administration (corporate lawyer/Bachelor of Laws, LL.B.). He completed his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Stuttgart with a station at the Labor Court of Stuttgart.
