Thilo Hoffmann is a partner at the Service Line Corporate/M&A of Deloitte Legal Germany and has joined the firm in 2016.
He focusses on advice for national and international companies primarily in the fields of mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring and the entire field of corporate law.
Before Thilo joined Deloitte Legal he studied law in Dusseldorf and Bristol and worked for several years with the Corporate/M&A practice of an international law firm in Hamburg with secondmends to London, Munich and the legal department of a worldwide operative cable producer.
Thilo admitted to the bar in 2011 and speaks German and English.
